What are the advantages of using PP foam board?

The polypropylene(PP) foam board can not only reduce the weight of the radome and reduce the material cost, but also protect the radome from deformation and impact damage. And its excellent tensile strength and elongation at break make it easy to mold into irregular three-dimensional shape by hot forming process. At the same time, polypropylene material also has excellent waterproof, antirust and corrosion resistance, which is the best choice for the core material of the new radome.

The conventional thickness is 1-10mm, the maximum width is 1200mm, and the length is 2000-3000mm. The color is mostly milky white without any pigment.
