BLUE STONE's LOWCELL low magnification rigid foamed PP board is continuously extruded and formed in one time by carbon dioxide supercritical fluid physical foaming technology (SCF). Uniformly distributed independent bubble units are formed inside the polypropylene resin, and high insulation micron sized bubble pores are enclosed within them. LOWCELL board has a soft surface feel, which can exert extremely high insulation, sound insulation, buffering, and flame retardancy. It has strong energy absorption and high dimensional stability. The lightweight density can reach 0.1-0.6g/cm3. In terms of rigidity, the Flexural modulus reaches 50% before foaming. In terms of toughness, modified materials can significantly improve impact strength and low temperature resistance while maintaining the high-temperature resistance of polypropylene itself.

BLUE STONE's LOWCLL series products also have the advantages of waterproof, antibacterial, mildew proof, UV resistance, anti-aging, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and low dielectric constant, which are suitable for needle turning, heat setting, ultrasonic welding, molding, plastic absorption and other processing and solvent-free coating. Due to the lack of cross-linking, it can be fully recycled and reused without VOC emissions, meeting the requirements of circular economy development. Its size, specifications, and shape can be produced, processed, and designed according to the shipping needs of different products.
